About The Position

StoragePug is hiring its first Director of Client Success. This role involves obsessing over the client experience, managing the customer-facing team, and upholding the highest standards of client interaction. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping people, solving problems, developing others, and is comfortable with difficult conversations. They should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving, and a strong understanding of client-centric service, as evidenced by an appreciation for concepts like 'Unreasonable Hospitality'.
