About The Position

Tri Delta is seeking a Director of Chapter Support to champion project execution while leading the collegiate chapter support team in the aspects of risk management, membership, and finance. This role will enhance the collegiate member experience through strategic thinking on organizational practices; support leadership development and educational programming; analyze membership trends; foster strong cross-team collaboration and serve as a key resource for volunteers, advisors, and university partners. The ideal candidate will combine their commitment to member-based organizations with their project management and communication skills to provide effective leadership for the success of Tri Delta’s collegiate chapters. The role is remote eligible. Candidates must be physically located in the US and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in: Higher Education Administration, Organizational Leadership, Nonprofit Management, Communications or a related field
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Relationship-building and volunteer engagement experience
  • Communication consistency and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a mission-driven environment
  • Experience with change management and stakeholder coordination
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Strong analytic skills and experience utilizing data to drive decisions
  • Passion for service and mission-driven work
  • 5-8 years of experience in: Higher education, student affairs, or nonprofit leadership; Chapter or campus-based program management; or Volunteer engagement and crisis response
  • 3-5 years of experience leading people and staff management
  • Experience working in: Greek-letter organizations or similar membership-based communities; Cross-functional leadership and strategic planning
  • Demonstrated success in: Leading and developing a staff team; Managing complex member issues; Leading educational initiatives and chapter support programs; Building collaborative relationships with institutions and volunteers; Supporting stakeholder relationships

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight to collegiate chapter support and support managers to assist chapters, volunteers, advisors, and CDCs with targeted support for critical chapters.
  • Direct communication to achieve cross-collaboration between staff and volunteer teams in the effort to strengthen collegiate chapters.
  • Serve as primary contact for Collegiate Chapter and Panhellenic Coordinators and escalated collegiate chapter issues.
  • Support managers in resolving issues related to risk, membership, operations, and finance.
  • Collaborate with university administrators and conduct offices on crisis response and incident resolution.
  • Visit chapters as needed and stay informed on university-specific standards and trends impacting Greek life.
  • Collaborate with Member Support to align volunteer resources with collegiate chapter needs.
  • Act as liaison to host universities and chapter support volunteers; cascade relevant higher education trends.
  • Promote strong service relationships with chapters, volunteers, and members.
  • Support learning development initiatives for collegiate officers and chapter operations; via events, virtual education modules and resource development.
  • Support event planning and related educational programming (e.g., CLC, VLC, Convention) in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Brand, Engagement, Events).
  • Connect policy adherence and development to collegiate chapter management and support annual evaluation processes to align governance with operations.
  • Analyze resignation and collegiate experience data trends and collaborate on interventions.
  • Contribute to strategic thinking around evolving membership models and organizational practices.
  • Ensure adherence to Fraternity Bylaws, Policies, and Procedures.
  • Abide by and lead others in Tri Delta’s project management process and practices.
  • Receive and act on feedback; focus on self-development to become the best version of yourself.
  • Pursue open and consistent communication with Tri Delta employees and volunteers.
