About The Position

OpenLoop’s mission is to bring care anywhere by powering telehealth solutions at scale. OpenLoop is looking for an entrepreneurial leader to architect and scale our provider-facing channel strategy. As the Director of Channel Sales & Activation, you will be the driving force behind the launch of our clinical sleep solutions within the dental and DME (Durable Medical Equipment) markets. This role requires a unique blend of strategic design and high-velocity execution. Initially, you will operate as the primary lead for our first major channel partnerships, while building and leading a specialized team to scale the function across new healthcare verticals.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Business Development, or Partner Activation within B2B Healthcare.
  • A deep professional network and fluency in the dental industry.
  • Proven experience managing direct reports and scaling a field or activation team from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate the complexity of DME referrals and medical device implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Channel Performance: Own the revenue and activation targets for our primary channel partners. You are accountable for ensuring these partners prioritize OpenLoop solutions.
  • Practice Success: Ensure successful activation across our partner practices and build the framework to identify and scale high-potential providers.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a Channel Partnerships & Activations team. You will be responsible for their performance, professional development, and alignment with our broader sales goals.
  • Operational Infrastructure: Build the playbooks, deal registration systems, and reporting dashboards that move the channel from a "pilot" phase to a repeatable, high-growth revenue stream.
