About The Position

Unitek College - Concord, CA is seeking a Director of Career Services to strengthen employer partnerships, improve healthcare graduate placement outcomes, rally a team, create structure, and bring momentum to the campus. This is a builder role for a leader who enjoys solving problems, building pipelines, coaching people, working with employers, and turning activity into actual outcomes. The ideal candidate will lead from the front to help students transition from the classroom to their careers.

Requirements

• Experience leading a staffing branch, building healthcare hiring pipelines, or managing recruiters against KPIs
• Experience in career services, healthcare staffing, recruiting, workforce development, branch operations, employer relations, or leading a metric-driven team
• Ability to see a challenge and think, “I know how to build this"
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, or workforce development leadership
