Director of Care

Manatee,
Remote

About The Position

Manatee is a family-first, virtual clinic on a mission to help every child thrive by treating the whole family. It translates Manatee's clinical strategy into an operating system built to scale with the organization. The Director of Care reports directly to the CEO and sits on the leadership team and partners closely with the Clinical Operations and People Operations Team.

  • Experience with virtual care delivery

  • Own clinical QA: incident review, root-cause process, and escalation to legal counsel and CEO
  • Serve as clinical point of contact for litigation, subpoena, or regulatory inquiries, coordinating with outside counsel
