This position provides leadership and management to the CARE (Counseling, Advocacy, Resources, and Empowerment) Center, including but not limited to student-specialized group programming, food pantry, administrative specialist, counselors, mental health therapists, social workers, student conduct officer, volunteers, and interns. Provide strategic planning, assessment, scheduling, budgeting, and continuous quality improvement. The work in this position is highly collaborative, working with academic affairs and student affairs departments. As part of the College’s student affairs leadership team, the director collaborates to plan, guide, and implement the college's strategic priorities. This position will work with community organizations, non-profits, and other social service entities to understand, collaborate on, and address the mental health and basic needs of college students.
