Under the general direction of the Chief Operating Officer and in partnership with the VP of Operations, the Director of Capital Projects is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects across all Parc Center for Disabilities campuses and locations. The Director oversees projects from concept through completion while ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with organizational priorities. The Director serves as the primary liaison between architects, engineers, contractors, government agencies, grant partners, consultants, and internal departments. The position also oversees the organization's long-term Capital Improvement Plan, Reserve Study, and Asset Lifecycle Management Program. The Director of Capital Projects focuses on approved capital improvements, major system replacements, renovations, and construction projects. The Facilities Manager retains responsibility for routine maintenance, repair, preventative maintenance, and day-to-day facility operations.
