The Director of Business Systems and Integration is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for advancing how technology supports our mission. This newly created role reflects Living Well’s commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, with a focus on reimagining how systems, data, and technology can better support our staff and the people we serve. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role leads efforts to strengthen and connect systems across the organization—driving automation, improving workflows, and expanding the effective use of data and digital tools. Working in close partnership with leaders across the organization and external IT providers, the Director ensures systems are aligned, scalable, and responsive to evolving needs. This leader plays a key role in shaping how work gets done—reducing administrative burden, improving access to meaningful data, and enabling more efficient, person-centered service delivery—while helping build a more innovative, agile, and future-ready organization.
