We are hiring a Director of Business Operations to help run and scale our streaming, direct-to-consumer, and audience network business across FAST channels, CTV advertising, and subscription products. This role serves as the primary financial and analytical owner of the business, using a strong finance foundation to inform revenue operations, business intelligence, and go-to-market decisions across growth and marketing. It sits at the intersection of finance, ad tech, analytics, and commercial execution, and works closely with senior leadership on how performance is measured, understood, and acted on. This is a hands-on leadership role with real ownership. You will translate complex platform and ad tech data into financially reliable reporting, ensure revenue is billed and collected accurately, and help guide decisions related to monetization, distribution, marketing, and growth. You will work closely with partners across Ad Sales, Programmatic & Revenue Partnerships, Ad Tech, Finance, Accounting, Distribution, Product, Growth, Marketing, and Content.
