About The Position

Liberty Healthcare Corporation is hiring for a new Director of Business Development position. This is a sales role in which you will execute the growth strategy for Liberty Healthcare’s population health service line which includes eligibility and level of care assessments for long term services and supports and Medicaid HCBS; fraud, waste, abuse, and neglect; quality assurance and improvement; and care coordination. The downstream impact of your work should result in the acquisition of significant new business for the organization and contribute to continued growth. In this role you will work directly with operations executives, marketing professionals, and members of Liberty Healthcare’s leadership team, including the C-Suite. This is a high-profile position with substantial organizational visibility and impact. You will enjoy a high level of autonomy and the ability to exclusively sell selected products and services nationally.

  • Direct sales – with an emphasis cold calling and networking
  • Identifying and developing relationships with decision makers in health plans, managed care organizations, EAPS, and other payors
  • Using solution-focused consultative sales techniques which leverage Liberty Healthcare’s core competencies to meet customer needs
  • Delivering presentations to individuals and groups, in-person and virtually
