About The Position

As our Director of Business Development, you’ll be the architect of our growth strategy. You won’t just chase leads—you’ll identify untapped opportunities, cultivate high-value partnerships, and shape the deals that define our future. Your work will directly influence our market position, revenue streams, and long-term success. Responsible for the development and implementation of public relations/marketing programs, promotions, and internal/external communications. Builds support for the hospital and facilitates the hospital’s ability to meet the public’s needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, Journalism, or other related discipline required
  • Minimum three (3) years’ progressive experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships—preferably in healthcare
  • Previous experience developing and evaluating effective marketing campaigns
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a knack for turning conversations into collaborations
  • A strategic mindset paired with the agility to adapt in a fast-changing market
  • Valid Nevada Driver’s License and car insurance

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a business growth strategy.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and programs that generate high-quality leads and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to elevate our profile.
  • Maintain relationships with referral sources and secures competitive information on products and services in order to maintain and develop market share.
  • Consult with members of management in order to maintain a consistent public image.
  • Direct publicity releases consistent with public relations objectives and develops and maintains positive relations with local media.
  • Serve as the department’s fiscal manager.
  • Conduct market research, analysis, and reporting activities relevant to the organization’s mission, philosophy and goals.
