Advantage Hospice is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to help expand their mission of providing compassionate, high-quality hospice care throughout Pennsylvania. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven success in healthcare sales leadership, preferably in hospice or post-acute care
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience leading and motivating high-performing teams
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Hospice Account Executives and business development professionals
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth and exceed goals
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources
- Identify new market opportunities and growth initiatives
- Maintain a personal sales portfolio while providing leadership and mentorship to the team
- Conduct field rides, coaching sessions, and team development activities
- Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to ensure exceptional service and outcomes
- Utilize market data and CRM tools to drive performance and strategic decision-making
