Responsible for the strategic leadership, administration, and optimization of enterprise business applications, with primary accountability for ERP and HCM systems, as well as emerging platforms including AI, RPA, and various other non‑clinical solutions. Provides leadership over technical teams, including developers, system administrators, and quality assurance resources, ensuring system stability, security, performance, and alignment with organizational priorities. Partners closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and other business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and high‑value non-clinical solutions that support operational excellence and regulatory requirements.
