About The Position

Together AI is the AI native cloud, which has been built bottoms up to cater to the demand for the new generation of AI applications and agents. The company has seen tremendous growth with 10X growth year on year and has over a million developers. As we scale the company, we continue to invest heavily in driving brand awareness and consideration. This new role will be the custodian of the Together AI brand. They will lead brand marketing at Together AI, building and executing the strategy to build the brand. The work will include creating a brand narrative, architecting a campaign and executing the campaign across channels to deliver high impact results. This role will report into the head of marketing and will have the opportunity to own and independently build the brand marketing function at one of the most innovative companies at the forefront of AI.

Requirements

5+ years leading brand and creative teams
Has seen great by building high impact brand campaigns in B2B marketing
Strong ownership mindset and ability to build something from ground up
Experience managing budgets for brand campaigns
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and reporting

Preferably worked as brand director across both agency and client side

Responsibilities

Create the brand narrative, grounded in the vision of the company to provide open, abundant AI and appealing to a technical audience.
Collaborate with CEO and other leaders
Build brand campaign with messaging, design and channel execution that cuts through the noise
Drive consistency of brand messaging and look & feel across marketing assets and channels
Lead inhouse and vendor design resources
Come up with objective goals on how to measure brand awareness and sentiment, and establish a brand tracker
Guide and influence thought leadership content that product marketing builds
Own the budget for brand awareness and identify top-performing levers to scale
Foster a culture to experimentation to try new ideas that can help us scale further at the right ROI
