With 50,000 sq. ft. of studio space in DTLA and a proprietary approach to AI-driven performance, we are ready to dominate 2026. We need a Director of Brand Marketing who can build brands that don’t just get likes—they get customers. Why This Role Matters Performance marketing captures demand, but Brand marketing creates it. As Director of Brand Marketing, you are the guardian of the narrative. You will ensure that our clients aren't just "running ads," but building coherent, culturally relevant brands that people actually want to be part of. You will bridge the gap between "Brand Love" and "Hard Sales," proving that a strong brand identity is the ultimate performance hack. You will ensure that every touchpoint—from the TikTok hook to the email welcome series—tells one powerful, cohesive story.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, marketing leadership, or strategy at a high-growth agency or brand.
  • You reject the idea that Brand and Performance are enemies. You know that the best branding drives the best performance.
  • You can write a compelling manifesto, but you can also analyze a cohort retention report.
  • You understand that "Brand Awareness" is useless if it doesn't eventually lead to a transaction.
  • You are deeply plugged into culture. You know what’s happening in Fashion, Beauty, and Lifestyle before the trade publications write about it.
  • You have impeccable taste and high standards. You know the difference between "premium" and "pretentious."
