This role is essential for setting the creative vision, managing owned digital platforms, and strategically elevating our brand's market presence and cultural relevance across the sports and entertainment ecosystem. We are building a highly strategic, brand-driven marketing engine that serves as a core pillar of our business strategy. The VP of Marketing & Brand will be the principal leader responsible for fusing brand vision, creative excellence, product-market messaging, and cultural relevance into a unified, high-impact platform for deepening consumer engagement. The Role: We are seeking an established, visionary, and decisive VP of Marketing & Brand who will be responsible for defining, executing, and scaling the marketing strategy across Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative/Design, Social Media, Community Management, Owned Digital Platforms, and CRM/Direct Marketing. This executive must be able to translate complex business strategy and product innovation into clear, compelling brand narratives that resonate with consumers in a fast-moving, highly competitive market environment. The VP of Marketing & Brand owns integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring seamless and consistent execution across all channels. This role will partner closely with the VP of Acquisition to ensure brand consistency across all performance channels and will collaborate with the SVP of Strategic Partnerships on brand-aligned partner initiatives. You will also build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team and manage external agencies that help us scale, where relevant. Your ultimate mission: to solidify PrizePicks' position as a powerhouse in the category and cement it as the most trusted, innovative, and culturally relevant sports entertainment brand in the U.S.
