Slim Chickens is looking for a Director of Brand Impact who will architect the moments, partnerships, and campaigns that elevate Slims from a fast-growing restaurant brand to a cultural force. This is not a traditional brand stewardship role. This is a cultural engine role. You will build and own the strategic campaign calendar, develop dynamic brand partnerships, and create unexpected, buzzworthy initiatives that generate earned media, drive traffic, and deepen brand affinity. You’ll sit at the intersection of creative, partnerships, culinary, PR, and performance — ensuring our biggest ideas move culture and chicken. Your mission: engineer moments people talk about — not just ads people scroll past.
