As a key ambassador for the Credit Union, this role is responsible for shaping and executing strategies that foster meaningful community partnerships, elevate the organization’s presence, and align with its philanthropic vision. The Director leads a team of Community Relations Specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of community engagement initiatives. Primary responsibilities include cultivating high-value community relationships, leading fundraising and charitable initiatives, overseeing the internal volunteer program and promotional efforts, directing the planning and execution of events and internal communications, analyzing community and economic trends to inform strategic decisions, and identifying innovative opportunities to advance the Credit Union’s vision and mission.
