Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Healthcare Administration.
  • 7+ years in benefits and compliance leadership.
  • Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, OSHA, and FMLA.
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize employee benefits programs (self-insured).
  • Oversee annual enrollment, vendor contracts, and audits.
  • Oversee and manage benefits & retirement fund (403) (b) for the organization.
  • ADP benefits liaison to payroll.
  • Prepare compliance filings: 5500, 1095-C, WRAP, EEO-1, VETS-4212.
  • Administer FMLA, ADA, COBRA, and Workers’ Comp.
  • Manage OSHA tracking and reporting.
  • Partner with Finance on cost analysis and forecasting.
