About The Position
Signet Health, a national behavioral health management company, is partnering with Sullivan Hospital to manage Outpatient Adult & Senior Adult Behavioral Health programs in Sullivan, IN. This is a full-time opportunity for a Director of Behavioral Health/Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LMHC) with Monday-Friday, Day Shift hours, and an onsite work environment. Requirements
- Valid Indiana licensure in social work or professional counseling required.
- Expertise in the needs of geriatric and adult populations.
Nice To Haves
- Previous management/supervisory experience highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all day-to-day operations of the two units
- Providing group therapy
- Supervision of program staff
- Ensuring compliance with hospital, state, federal and licensing agency regulatory standards
- Establishing relationships with community leaders and service providers to promote/foster the positive reputation of the programs.
