Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance has an immediate opportunity for a motivated Director of Aquatic Therapy with an entrepreneurial spirit for our fun and energetic outpatient clinic in Dover, DE. The Director of Aquatic Therapy will be responsible for assessing and providing therapeutic interventions to patients with a variety of physical ailments in an aquatic environment. The successful candidate will design and implement personalized treatment plans that leverage the therapeutic benefits of water-based therapy techniques to enhance recovery and promote overall well-being. This position requires a combination of clinical expertise and an ability to create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for patients.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Graduate Program or APTA program
- Current State of Delaware Physical Therapist (PT) License or State of Delaware Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- CPR certification
- Outgoing and energetic personality
Responsibilities
