About The Position

Seeking a Director of Analog Circuit Design to lead high‑speed, high‑linearity Analog Front End (AFE) development for automotive transceivers. This is a senior technical leadership role with ownership of AFE architecture, design reviews, and silicon execution, managing and scaling a high‑performance analog team over time.

Requirements

• 15+ years of analog or mixed‑signal IC design experience.
• Strong background in high‑speed, high‑linearity AFEs.
• Proven experience bringing analog designs to high‑volume production.
• Prior people management or technical leadership experience.
• Deep past hands‑on design and simulation experience, now operating at architectural/review level.
• MSEE or PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with: o 10GBASE‑T o 10GBASE‑T1 (Automotive Ethernet) o TDD‑based transceivers
• Automotive semiconductor background.
• Working‑level knowledge of ISO 26262 (nice to have, not required).

Responsibilities

• Own AFE architecture and specifications for automotive transceivers.
• Lead design reviews and technical direction for TX/RX analog blocks.
• Drive designs from concept through production in automotive‑qualified environments.
• Manage and grow a small analog design team, with a mandate to scale.
• Partner cross‑functionally with systems, digital/DSP, layout, test, and product teams.
• Hands on participation in silicon debug/bring up.
