This is a first‑of‑its‑kind role, created for someone who wants to shape the future, not just maintain the present. You will report directly to the President, giving you the authority, resources, and strategic visibility to build an AI function from the ground up.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing AI, automation, or digital transformation tools.
• A strong ability to analyze workflows and translate them into AI opportunities.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and automation tools (Make, Zapier, Power Automate).
• Excellent communication skills, especially when explaining complex concepts to different audiences.
• Disciplined project management and a proactive, accountable working style.
• Strong business judgment with a focus on ROI and adoption.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with platforms like Innergy, Procore, Autodesk, Bluebeam, or Sage is beneficial but not required.
