About The Position

Littelfuse is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of AI Delivery to join their team in Chicago, Illinois. This leader will drive enterprise-wide AI adoption, accelerate AI deployment across business functions, and deliver measurable business impact. The Director of AI Delivery will partner closely with executive leadership, functional leaders, and the AI Center of Excellence to transform business strategy into scalable AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, operational efficiency, and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale technology, digital transformation, or AI initiatives.
  • Proven experience deploying enterprise AI solutions that delivered measurable business results.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs and influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise AI implementation.
  • Familiarity with Azure AI technologies, Azure Foundry, enterprise systems integration, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology investments to business outcomes and ROI.
  • Experience leading organizational change management and technology adoption initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Manufacturing, industrial technology, or operational environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise AI deployment initiatives across Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing, IT, and Engineering.
  • Drive strategic AI projects from concept through production deployment, ensuring measurable business outcomes and ROI.
  • Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to align AI investments with long-term business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the AI Center of Excellence to guide AI architecture, platform decisions, and implementation strategies.
  • Translate business priorities into scalable AI capabilities and adoption plans.
  • Lead process redesign efforts to optimize workflows before automation and AI deployment.
  • Establish performance metrics and governance processes to track adoption, value creation, and business impact.
  • Drive change management and enterprise adoption initiatives to maximize AI utilization across the organization.
  • Present progress, outcomes, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Build execution discipline, visibility, and accountability across the AI portfolio.
