About The Position

The Director of Admissions Performance is a strategic leadership position responsible for optimizing the admissions process to achieve institutional enrollment goals. This role involves analyzing admissions data, developing performance metrics, and implementing innovative strategies to enhance recruitment effectiveness and yield rates. The Director will collaborate closely with admissions teams, marketing, and institutional leadership to align admissions initiatives with broader organizational objectives. Ultimately, the Director of Admissions Performance drives continuous improvement in admissions operations to support the institution’s growth and reputation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Higher Education, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or a related area within higher education.
  • Proven track record of using data analytics to improve admissions outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership experience managing teams and cross-departmental projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with CRM systems and admissions software platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools relevant to student recruitment.
