About The Position

Take the lead in shaping client growth strategies and technological transformation as a senior account leader. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of enterprise accounts, identify opportunities for innovation, and ensure exceptional delivery across digital, data, and cloud initiatives. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients and a bridge between business vision and technology execution.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience managing enterprise or technology accounts with measurable growth outcomes.
  • Proven success leading digital transformation initiatives, such as e -commerce modernization, AI adoption, or cloud migration.
  • Strong understanding of how to incorporate emerging technology into commercial strategies.
  • Excellent communication and executive relationship management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect client goals to practical technology solutions.
  • Solid financial management skills, including experience managing a P&L and driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a set of client accounts valued between $5–15 million, maintaining accountability for profitability, client success, and overall growth.
  • Build and nurture long -term relationships with executives and stakeholders across client organizations.
  • Define and execute account strategies that align with client objectives and enable measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion through digital modernization, AI integration, and data -driven initiatives.
  • Partner with cross -functional teams—including sales, delivery, and technology—to craft go -to -market approaches and tailored solutions.
  • Serve as a senior escalation and communication point for client issues, ensuring transparency and successful resolution.
  • Position technology capabilities competitively by understanding industry trends and aligning solutions to client needs.
