About The Position

We’re looking for a Director of Account Management to lead and strategically guide account management teams across Modular Systems and Custom Fabrication. This pivotal role focuses on nurturing client relationships, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring profitability while maintaining high brand values.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience, or 15+ years in sales/account management leadership.
• 8 years of progressive sales leadership experience.
• Strong financial management and analytical skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with robust business acumen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Align business operations with strategic goals.
• Project Oversight: Assess new projects and client relationships, ensuring alignment with operational capacity and timelines.
• Team Management: Mentor Program Managers and the broader Account Management team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
• Financial Stewardship: Lead budgeting processes, manage resources efficiently, and monitor financial performance to achieve profit margins.
• Client Satisfaction: Develop methods for consistent client feedback, ensuring their perspectives are integrated into company processes.
