About The Position

Reporting directly to the Regional VP, the Director, Account Management & AdOps is the single accountable owner of both commercial and technical outcomes for our Americas region. You'll own regional revenue targets, retention, and account growth, while also directing execution and adoption of technical/campaign standards for the region's ad operations. You'll lead a unified team of Account Management and AdOps professionals as one function — not two — bringing together the commercial and technical sides of the client relationship under a single point of accountability. This is a newly designed leadership role for someone who's equally comfortable owning a revenue number and speaking fluently to campaign optimization and platform mechanics.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience with demonstrated commercial leadership in adtech or performance marketing
  • Experience managing managers or senior individual contributors across multiple functions
  • Deep regional market expertise; local client dynamics, competitive landscape, and vertical distribution
  • Strong executive relationship management, credible at VP/Director level with key clients
  • Cross-functional leadership; able to align AM, AdOps, Sales, and Product around shared outcomes
  • Working knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, MMPs, attribution) sufficient to credibly set technical direction
  • Comfortable reading performance dashboards (Power BI, Druid) and translating data into a client-facing narrative

Responsibilities

  • Own regional revenue targets, retention, growth, and forecast accuracy across the full Account Management book of business
  • Drive execution and regional adoption of centrally-set AdOps and AM standards on the region's most strategically complex accounts
  • Directly manage and develop Account Management and AdOps team leads/senior ICs as one team; hiring, performance management, and career development
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships on the region's most strategic accounts
  • Partner with Sales on pipeline handoff, account onboarding, and new business positioning
  • Own budget, headcount, and resource allocation across the combined team
  • Represent the region in leadership discussions on revenue, technical performance, and competitive landscape
  • Surface regional technical needs and client feedback to Product and Engineering

  • learning budget for books, conferences, and other trainings
  • flexible working hours
  • unlimited home office days
  • ability to take as much time off as you need
  • Office Exchange program for travel to global offices
