About The Position

Centria Autism is seeking an experienced BCBA to serve as a Director of Clinical Services. In this role, you will lead a team, shape clinical quality, and make a lasting impact. You will also coach and guide Supervising Clinicians (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians with consistent feedback, hands-on modeling, and regular check-ins. You will partner with Area Directors, operations leaders, and the Clinical Excellence Team to ensure your teams and families have what they need to succeed. This role champions a clinical model rooted in assent, Practical Functional Assessment, and Skills-Based Treatment, fully integrated into Centria’s systems. Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in a clinical setting.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred, OR a strong track record of successful case oversight and Behavior Technician mentorship at Centria (minimum 2 years), with preference given to those who have mentored practicum students.
  • Experience navigating challenging clinical situations and supporting teams through high-stress moments is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with Practical Functional Assessment (PFA), Skills-Based Treatment (SBT), and assent-based ABA practices preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinical teams and client care, ensuring high-quality ABA therapy that is compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based.

  • Partner with Area Directors, operations leaders, and the Clinical Excellence Team to ensure your teams and families have what they need to succeed.
  • Champion a clinical model rooted in assent, Practical Functional Assessment, and Skills-Based Treatment, fully integrated into Centria’s systems.
  • Support your team in making data-driven decisions by reviewing treatment plans, monitoring outcomes, and ensuring every child receives individualized, evidence-based care.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Supervising Clinicians through regular case reviews, performance feedback, and ongoing support to ensure consistent, high-quality therapy.
  • Use Centria’s internal tools and standards to evaluate treatment fidelity, supervision practices, and clinical impact across your team.
  • Facilitate skill-building workshops and group training for Supervising Clinicians and Behavior Technicians to enhance clinical performance and maintain best practices.
  • Partner with Area Directors and Operations Leaders to align staffing, caseloads, compliance, and service quality across your region.
  • Contribute to the development of future clinicians by supporting our Elevate practicum supervision and mentorship program.
  • Conduct caregiver check-ins and ensure families feel supported, heard, and engaged throughout their journey with Centria.
