About The Position

The Director of NPI Success for Gas Metering Systems is responsible for ensuring the successful technical launch, regulatory compliance, and long-term performance of NXU’s gas metering portfolio in North America, including NXU Residential and the upcoming NXU Commercial products. This role serves as the technical bridge between NXU and its utility customers, ensuring that products are deployed safely, compliantly, and successfully, while building long-term customer advocacy and expansion opportunities. The position requires deep technical expertise in ultrasonic gas metering technologies, working knowledge of diaphragm-based meters (including AC250NXS and AC250NX), and a strong understanding of regulatory and certification environments for North America. Initially, the role will lead a small technical team (initially two engineers) focused on field issue triage, RMA investigation, and root cause analysis. Over time, the scope is expected to grow into ownership of gas metering success and strategy across North America, with progression into Director of Gas Metering, North America.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in ultrasonic gas metering technologies.
