The Director, National Partnerships works with Corporate Affairs leadership to proactively identify, develop, and secure high-impact partnerships that advance GSUSA’s mission, expand relevance, and drive measurable value across the Girl Scout Movement. This role is highly external-facing, focused on cultivating senior-level relationships and originating partnership opportunities across corporate, philanthropic, nonprofit, media, and cultural sectors. The Director leads the development of a national partnership portfolio aligned with organizational priorities, including membership growth, adult engagement, brand visibility, and program innovation. The role also serves as a strategic advisor and collaborator across internal teams, ensuring partnerships are scalable, and aligned with GSUSA’s mission, while supporting leadership through insights, recommendations, and external engagement.
