The Director, Minor Construction Program Management is responsible for the end-to-end oversight, performance, and delivery of the University’s minor construction program for approved projects with a total project cost under $7.5M. This role oversees approximately 350 active projects valued at over $60M annually and manages a $50M+ annual forecasted program. This position serves as the University’s delegated authority for project budgets, change orders, compliance, and third-party program performance. The Director ensures projects are forecasted, initiated, executed, and completed in alignment with approved plans, funding availability, regulatory requirements, and institutional priorities, while holding internal teams and the outsourced Program Management entity accountable for results.
