The brand is evolving from its coastal roots into the Men’s Advanced Contemporary space- an elevated, European-influenced aesthetic defined by world-class materials, refined construction, and a relaxed-but-tailored fit philosophy, all grounded in the coastal spirit at the heart of the brand. The Director, Men’s Design is responsible for leading the creative direction and execution of the Men’s product across all categories. This role translates seasonal creative vision into a cohesive, elevated, and commercially viable assortment, while championing the brand’s evolution in fabrication, tailoring, and proportion and leading a high-performing design team. Reporting to the VP, Men’s Creative Director, this role serves as the key partner in bringing brand vision to life through product, ensuring alignment across Design, Merchandising, and Marketing.
