The U.S. Chamber of Commerce seeks a strategic and insightful professional to lead Member Strategy and Growth. The primary purpose of this role is to understand member needs, growth opportunities, and market demand to inform future Chamber priorities, member value, and go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and possess a deep understanding of customer insights, serving as a critical voice-of-member to shape future commercialization and positioning efforts.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in growth strategy, commercial strategy, membership strategy, marketing/GTM strategy, customer insights, consulting, or a related fields.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience creating value proposition and translating customer/member insights into growth and commercialization recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead member discovery, voice-of-member, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
  • Conduct member research, interviews, and segmentation analysis.
  • Identify member needs, pain points, unmet needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Assess member value proposition, engagement, retention, and growth drivers.
  • Evaluate partnership, commercialization, and go-to-market opportunities.
  • Develop recommendations regarding segmentation, positioning, and future growth strategies.
