About The Position

Medical Affairs serves as the central hub supporting physician services across the organization, coordinating credentialing, scheduling, compensation, communications, and related administrative functions to ensure efficient physician operations. It supports medical governance through structures such as the Medical Advisory Committee (MAC) and ensures compliance with regulatory, funding, and quality standards while advancing physician engagement, education, wellness, and quality improvement initiatives aligned with organizational strategy.
