The Director, Medical Affairs (DMA) – Eosinophilic Diseases is a strategic medical leader responsible for translating scientific and patient insights into an integrated US medical plan across eosinophilic diseases. The DMA will partner closely with the Senior Medical Director and lead high-impact work across medical strategy, evidence generation and dissemination, field medical enablement, external engagement, congresses, and omnichannel scientific education. Success requires strong scientific judgment, strategic thinking, disciplined execution, digital fluency, and the ability to influence across a complex matrix while preserving the independence and integrity of Medical Affairs. This role reports to the Senior Medical Director, US Eosinophilic Diseases.
