The Director of Media Strategy and Planning is responsible for leading and developing media strategies and plans at a national and regional level in support of Sprouts Farmers Market. The ideal candidate leverages a customer first mindset and a data driven approach. They are passionate about the media landscape, have strong experience in both traditional and digital channels, and have a proven track record of connecting media performance to business results. The role will work in close partnership with cross functional partners including brand, creative, and ecommerce, as well as field operations, legal, finance and other functions as needed across the business.
