About The Position

The Materials Management Director – COE serves as a key driver in optimizing
Tallgrass’s Transformation Initiative with a focus on materials management
excellence across the company. This leadership role is responsible for
translating strategic objectives into actionable plans that enhance materials
management processes, deliver cost savings, mitigate supply chain risks, and
create a competitive advantage.

The role emphasizes transforming end-to-end materials management processes to
world-class standards, driving continuous improvement, and managing change
control across all the organization to ensure superior performance against Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs).

This position supports the development and deployment of standardized, digitized
materials management processes to ensure consistent, predictable outcomes
aligned with Tallgrass’s overall business objectives and strategies.
