Requirements

  • Proven expertise in operational excellence with the ability to evaluate and improve organizational functions and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Strong leadership in change management, including initiating and sustaining impactful organizational improvements.
  • Experience in crisis management, capable of assessing risks and leading effective response strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality assurance processes and the ability to conduct audits and implement improvements.
  • Advanced vendor management skills, including developing and maintaining strategic supplier relationships.
  • Technical acumen in material handling equipment, troubleshooting, and driving technical enhancements.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a Technical related field (e.g., Controls, Electrical) and 8 years experience in Material Handling Industry or related field OR 10 years experience in Material Handling Industry or related field.
  • 2 years supervisory experience.
