About The Position

FreeWheel, a Comcast company, provides comprehensive ad platforms for publishers, advertisers, and media buyers. Powered by premium video content, robust data, and advanced technology, we’re making it easier for buyers and sellers to transact across all screens, data types, and sales channels. As a global company, we have offices in nine countries and can insert advertisements around the world. This job directs a digital advertising sales team, crafting strategies to drive revenue growth and client acquisition. It ensures alignment of sales efforts with client objectives and company goals. The job develops talent and fosters cross-functional collaboration for market success.

Responsibilities

  • Directing digital advertising sales strategies and programs to attract new accounts and enhance current customer sales, meeting financial objectives
  • Managing the sales team, fostering talent development, and setting clear performance goals in line with organizational strategies
  • Executing consultative, client-centric sales approaches, effectively communicating value propositions tailored to customer scenarios
  • Identifying growth opportunities and key upsell potential for additional company technologies and services aligned with client goals
  • Leading client retention efforts, securing renewals, and expanding relationships through strategic engagement and satisfaction management
  • Deepening understanding of client business models, objectives, and KPIs to align sales initiatives with client technical and organizational frameworks
  • Serving as the primary contact for customer revenue and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with client and company business objectives
  • Steering complex sales cycles from prospecting to completion, managing proposal development, negotiation, and contracting processes
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
