About The Position

The Marketplace Supply Chain team leads end to end inventory flow and marketplace execution for all of Nike’s wholesale partners serving the North American marketplace. The team sits at the intersection of Sales, Planning, Transportation & Logistics, and Finance cross functionally, translating consumer and partner demand into profitable, reliable supply chain outcomes at scale. This role leads leaders and teams responsible for shipment planning, flow optimization, and strategic execution while partnering closely with senior cross-functional leaders across North America.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, or related fields
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven people leader with experience leading leaders and large teams
  • Strong financial and business acumen with comfort operating in P&L-adjacent environments
  • Deep operations experience and the ability to operate at enterprise scale.
  • Strong industry perspective, systems thinking, and a track record of turning strategic priorities into durable scalable capabilities, not just running daily operations.
  • Comfortable leading large, diverse organizations, leveraging data to make complex trade-offs, and influencing senior stakeholders across a highly matrixed environment.
  • Build credibility and influence externally, creating strategic partnerships with senior supply chain leaders at key wholesale partners and across the broader logistics ecosystem.
  • Thrive in converting ambiguity into stable operating models and raise the bar for how marketplace supply chains perform.
  • Equally credible with external supply chain executives, internal commercial leaders, planners, logistics partners, and your own leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end marketplace supply chain strategy and execution for a portfolio of partners across North America, setting the operating model and building the capabilities that enable speed, service, margin, and inventory health at scale.
  • Serve as the supply chain integrator across commercial, planning, and logistics teams while building and leading a high‑performing organization.
  • Set marketplace shipment strategy and lead teams to synchronize inbound and outbound supply flows aligned to financial targets and marketplace realities.
  • Optimize supply against dynamic demand leveraging Key Performance measures to drive decisions across service, speed, cost, and risk.
  • Lead complex, cross‑company alignment with internal commercial teams and external partners to drive clear, timely decisions.
  • Define and evolve marketplace supply chain capabilities, operating models, and decision frameworks to scale performance.
  • Represent the marketplace supply chain voice in enterprise planning forums, including S&OP, seasonal planning, and GTM processes.
  • Build senior level partnerships with top wholesale partners to unlock new capabilities, improve performance, and bring external best practices into strategy and execution.
  • Develop and scale a diverse organization of supply chain leaders.
