The role provides strategic and operational leadership across subscription and single-ticket campaigns, group sales, audience development, and institutional collaboration. Leading a team and working collaboratively across departments, the Director ensures that marketing strategies align with Ensemble Arts’ mission, vision, and values, contributing to organizational growth, audience impact, and financial sustainability.
