Every day we honor our iconic brand by offering quality coverage to millions of customers and being there when they need us most. We thrive through relentless innovation to exceed our customers’ expectations while making a real impact for our company through our shared purpose. When you join our company, we want you to feel valued, supported and proud to work here. That’s why we offer The GEICO Pledge: Great Company, Great Culture, Great Rewards and Great Careers. The Director of Marketing Transformation and System Design is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end marketing operating system—defining how marketing operates at large to drive a full-scale transformation. The ambition is not only to set the bar within insurance, but the marketing industry at large. This includes looking at the entire operating system driven by tools, technologies, and platforms that work together to enable speed, creativity, scale, and future‑readiness. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and technology. As a system designer and creative technologist, this leader envisions what marketing could be enabled by technology, translates that vision into system design, and partners with the Marketing data and tooling architect, the AI Marketing task force and external vendors to bring it to life. This role is not responsible for the individual component parts of technology, data, workflow design, or change management—but instead leads those teams as an integrated single threaded marketing product strategist to design the central marketing ops technical backbone to ensure the operating system is coherent, modern, and built for what’s next. We are embracing this as a core component of the marketing transformation with the tooling and AI infrastructure a driving force for change. This will be in partnership with a companion role focused on the human capital side of the equation. Why This Role Matters: As marketing evolves, competitive advantage will be shaped by how intelligently the system is designed—not just which tools are purchased. This role ensures the organization builds a marketing operating system that enables creativity, speed, and intelligence today while remaining adaptable for what comes next.
