Reporting to the Vice President of Innovation & CX, the Director of Marketing and Strategy helps to define and elevate the Refreshments brand in the market. They are responsible for leveraging insights, food service operational knowledge, and client understanding to deliver innovative marketing strategies to enhance customer experiences and achieve growth objectives. Working closely with the RVPs, VPOs and National Account Managers, the Director serves as a critical liaison between Marketing and Operations, ensuring alignment with client needs and Aramark's strategic goals.
