The National Account Director is responsible for developing and driving strategic alignment with our Tier 1 ISP's and key account holders inside the Communications market. The National Account Director will lead our team of National Account Managers to bring the Voice of the Customer back into our business, while anticipating and identifying market trends and customer technical needs. The Director will also work to ensure the team is focused on Oldcastle products being specified and preferred for use by asset owners, engineering firms and installation contractors for key project opportunities. The National Account Director will work closely and partner with the Product Management, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure revenue, margin and customer satisfaction goals are met. This position will report to the General Manager of Engineered Broadband.
