As Director of Marketing Strategy for Grassroots Fundraising & Development, you will play a key leadership role within Stand Togetherâs Marketing Strategy Team. Reporting to the Managing Director of Marketing Strategy for Fundraising and Development, you will drive strategic marketing efforts that deepen donor engagement, acquisition of ideal donor partners and help develop donor leadership. You will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans that fuel grassroots donor acquisition, retention, and advocacy. Your success will depend on your ability to collaborate across the Stand Together community, including the political, editorial, project management and other cross functional teams to translate insights into compelling campaigns that move donors from awareness to engagement to sustained support. You will also identify and act on timely moments that elevate our message, demonstrate impact, and strengthen relationships with current and prospective donors. As a senior leader on the team, you will serve as the primary marketing strategist for grassroots fundraising initiatives, driving execution while aligning stakeholders and capabilities across MarComms to deliver cohesive, multi-channel engagement journeys.
