Who You Are: You are a Product Marketing and Strategy Director who combines a passion for leveraging generative AI with a deep sense of purpose in advancing Bonterra’s mission. You embrace AI as an essential tool for accelerating research, writing, analysis, and ideation, while also playing a pivotal role in shaping Bonterra’s product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy. You are curious about new AI capabilities, know how to apply them at scale, and are equally energized by transforming fast-moving innovation into clear, compelling stories that advance the social good sector. What you will do: Define and own the voice of our products in the market—turning breakneck product innovation into clear, compelling, and value-driven narratives. Be the source of truth for buyer personas, market sizing, packaging, and pricing. Engage directly with customers to shape positioning and validate value delivery in real time. Partner closely with Product to influence how we position, package, and price AI capabilities, including usage-based and outcome-based models. This role spans both analytical rigor (market sizing, pricing strategy, survey design, COGS analysis) and creative storytelling (crafting provocative messaging, building narratives that resonate, making complexity simple).
