The Director, Digital Marketing & Content Strategy is a team leader within Inland’s marketing shared services “digital success” vertical. In this newly created position, this person will be responsible for shaping and executing the enterprise-wide digital marketing and content strategy across a diverse portfolio of real estate and finance-focused entities. This role drives the vision, development, and optimization of digital content, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand standards. The Director leads a team of content professionals, collaborates with marketing and IT leaders across the enterprise, and champions innovation in digital storytelling, multichannel engagement, and data-driven content performance. This role is open to a hybrid format with the expectation of being in the office at least 3 times per week and will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.
