THE ROLE: The Director of Marketing Production Operations for Lifetime and LMN is responsible for leading the planning, execution and delivery of marketing production for a high-volume slate of scripted movies and original programming. This role requires deep experience navigating creative production solutions, particularly when working with dailies, work-in-progress footage, and evolving creative assets. The Director partners closely with Creative, Account Management, Brand Marketing, Live Action, and Post-Production teams to ensure campaigns are operationally sound while remaining flexible to the realities of scripted production. This position serves as the executional bridge between creative intent and production feasibility, ensuring timelines, budgets, and workflows remain aligned as creative materials evolve.
