About The Position

We are seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to lead the strategy, standardization, and continuous improvement of marketing performance and pipeline reporting, data governance & quality, acquisition integration, and operational efficiencies. This role will be critical in ensuring that our marketing initiatives are measurable, scalable, and aligned with global business objectives. This leader will be responsible for developing robust reporting frameworks, ensuring data integrity, and delivering actionable insights that inform strategy, improve campaign performance, and demonstrate marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue at a global level. Additionally, this role will oversee the integration and optimization of our marketing technology stack, establish and enforce data governance practices, and build global processes that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, with proven expertise in driving insights, automation, and operational alignment that fuel growth worldwide.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or related roles in a high-growth, B2B environment
  • Proven track record of building and scaling marketing operations functions in a global organization
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce) and Power BI
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and data visualization tools
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, data management, and demand generation strategies
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS, PropTech, or enterprise technology industries
  • Experience managing a team and working with remote and international stakeholders
  • BA/BS degree in Analytics, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent field experience
  • Occasional travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and programs, providing key insights and recommendations to optimize performance
  • Lead the optimization of Salesforce, Pardot, and analytics (BI dashboards) to support performance and reporting
  • Oversee budgeting and develop ROI models to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead marketing integration efforts arising from mergers and acquisitions
  • Establish and own marketing data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistency across regions and systems
  • Implement data quality and hygiene practices including enrichment, normalization, deduplication, and compliance with privacy regulations
  • Partner with IT, RevOps, and Finance teams to maintain a unified, trusted source of truth for customer and prospect data.
  • Track and monitor key performance metrics on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to measure marketing success
  • Develop board-level presentations to communicate quarterly marketing performance.
  • Optimize the MarTech stack, including platforms like Pardot, Salesforce, Jira, 6sense, Salesloft, and other tools
  • Develop a strategy to leverage AI to drive efficiencies
  • Manage a global Center of Excellence that builds standard processes across all regions to drive standardization, efficiency, and scalability
  • Identify and implement best practices for marketing processes, automation, and workflow efficiencies
  • Manage a team of marketing operations professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
